Client Experience

To ensure you are able to serve your client's needs with a comfortable experience, we encourage you to have pre-screening measures set in place prior to the booking process. Clients should be able to fill out a questionnaire or intake forms with the option of consultation. This forms are also designed for client's that would like to steam for menstrual cycle imbalances or gynecological concerns. As a practitioner, this gives you proper time to access liability contraindications and prepare accordingly.

Suggested steps within a consultation would be as follows:

  • Client submits intake form and schedules a womb healing consultation.
  • Practitioner and client meet at the scheduled appointment time to further discuss the information gathered on on the intake form.
  • Practitioner sends client a steam plan with recommended herbal blend, setup and steam schedule tailored for them.
  • If Client is doing a self service steam session, the client would be responsible for acquiring (purchasing) steam supplies and herbs and implementing the steam plan. You, as practitioner, can be available for support during this process.
